Chicago native and longtime Northeast transplant, Art Rubalcava, is an award-winning Producer who has created numerous programs for A&E, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, and CNN. Art learned the craft of video storytelling during an 11-year run at the Philadelphia local affiliate WPVI-TV/6-ABC. Wanting to expand the viewing audience of his work, Art parlayed his skills to create network programming out of NYC in a variety of genres, but Art's primary passion has always been long-form story telling.
Along with Art, the Decisive Productions team consists of fellow veteran producers, videographers, sound engineers, editors, and graphics artists from throughout the Northeast corridor and beyond.
