Art learned the craft of video storytelling during an 11-year run at the Philadelphia local affiliate WPVI-TV/6-ABC. Wanting to expand the viewing audience of his work, Art parlayed his skills to create network programming out of NYC in a variety of genres, but Art's primary passion has always been long-form story telling.

He’s currently directing corporate brands and developing future award winning series as VP, Content and Development with Decisive Productions.

Since founding his own production company in 2019, Charles has written, produced, and directed a short film that has earned multiple festival awards and is now streaming on Amazon Prime.
